Mr. Masood Rahmani is an education professional with a strong commitment to promoting literacy and expanding access to learning for underserved communities in Afghanistan. He currently operates the HADIA Foundation’s Moska Mobile Library, a mobile education initiative designed to bring books, reading materials, and learning opportunities to children and adults who have limited access to educational resources.
As an education expert, Mr. Rahmani has led and supported multiple literacy improvement projects, working closely with communities to encourage reading, improve basic literacy skills, and foster a culture of learning. His work emphasises practical, community-based approaches that help overcome barriers to education and support long-term educational development.
